Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique. This temporary role supports the sales team and helps deliver a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team by retrieving, hanging, and returning merchandise and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain selling-floor standards and keep supplies and workstations organized and stocked.
• Support client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities, including repair records and client contact.
• Answer phones promptly and provide courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at the designated location.
