Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Williamsburg

Summary

The temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations in a luxury boutique. This role helps deliver exceptional client service and supports the sales team during the seasonal period from November through December 30.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team with merchandise handling, stock retrieval, and stockroom preparation.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and up to merchandise standards.
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion, and composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work regularly in person at the designated company location.
