Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent Tiffany & Co. and create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They support client service, sales floor activities, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and support personalized experiences.
• Help with engraving, floor waiting lists, hospitality areas, and communication about service issues.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishment, point-of-sale functions, and maintaining neat sales and point-of-sale areas.
• Assist with operational procedures, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with diverse clients in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
