Summary
Seasonal Sales Support reporting to the Store Manager/Director to assist sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams in delivering a seamless and personalized client experience. Acts as a knowledgeable brand ambassador supporting front of house and back of house tasks and upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience.
- Support Client Advisors with client interactions and sales objectives.
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to the sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
- Support BOH organization and product assortment go-backs.
- Participate as a team member in store activities and maintain a positive work environment.
- Follow company policies and respect brand grooming and behavior standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles acceptable.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and client service skills.
- Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and detail oriented.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems.
- Interest in fashion and luxury goods and ability to learn brand and product knowledge.
