Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members deliver exceptional client experiences on the sales floor during the holiday season, acting as brand ambassadors and supporting store operations. This role assists the sales and operations teams with POS functions, gift boxing and wrapping, engraving support, inventory and hospitality to ensure a seamless client experience. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients to create memorable, brand-consistent experiences.
  • Improve client experience through hospitality and store amenities to support sales and service goals.
  • Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
  • Ensure hospitality areas are stocked, orderly and clean and report potential service issues to management.
  • Assist sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies and perform POS functions after purchase.
  • Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing and inventory or special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail, luxury retail or client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.
