Seasonal Sales Support - Cincinnati-Kenwood

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members provide exceptional client service and represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season. This role focuses on hospitality, supporting sales staff, and ensuring an elevated in-store experience while helping maintain smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create personalized, memorable experiences consistent with the brand.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and completing POS transactions.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, communicate service issues to management, and support inventory and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
