Seasonal Sales Support - Contact Centre

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team member providing client service and sales assistance through the contact centre during the holiday season. Act as a positive brand ambassador to create memorable client experiences while supporting sales and operational needs. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an effective brand ambassador in every client interaction to enhance the client experience.
• Provide hospitality and personalized service with the goal of supporting sales and service objectives.
• Support sales operations including POS functions, boxing and wrapping, and replenishing gifting supplies.
• Assist with engraving station duties and maintain orderly hospitality and sales areas where applicable.
• Support inventory tasks, special projects and communicate service issues to management.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-related experience (such as hospitality) is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-changing environment.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
