Seasonal Team Member representing a luxury jeweler during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client experiences through hospitality, sales support, and operations assistance. Role focuses on brand ambassador duties, client interaction, and supporting store functions during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to deliver a memorable brand experience
• Improve client experience through hospitality and personalized service
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
• Ensure hospitality area is stocked orderly and clean
• Communicate service issues to management
• Box and wrap items and replenish POS and gifting supplies
• Perform POS functions after client purchase is finalized
• Support operations with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Client service skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work with a diverse client base
• Comfort working in a fast paced changing environment
• Authorization to work in the United States
