Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and supporting store operations. In this seasonal Sales Support role at the Dallas NorthPark location you will assist clients, support sales activities, and help maintain hospitality and POS areas to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by welcoming and assisting Clients to ensure a memorable Tiffany experience.
• Improve the Client experience through hospitality, stocking amenities, and personalized service to support sales and service goals.
• Assist with engraving station, floor waiting list management, and hospitality area maintenance.
• Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Assist operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
