Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service, hospitality, and assistance to enhance the customer experience and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients to provide a memorable luxury shopping experience.
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and completing point of sale functions.
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
• Assist with engraving station and after sales servicing when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas stocked orderly and clean.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Available to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail luxury retail or client facing hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced changing environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
