Seasonal Sales Support - Easton Town Center

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team member providing in-store client assistance and operational support during the holiday season at the Columbus Easton Town Center location. Act as a brand ambassador to welcome and assist clients, support sales and point-of-sale activities, and help maintain hospitality and merchandising areas. The role focuses on delivering memorable client experiences and ensuring smooth store operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, delivering a warm and memorable service experience.
• Support sales team with POS functions, boxing, wrapping, and replenishing gifting supplies.
• Assist with engraving station and lead floor waiting list when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, ensure stock levels, and keep sales floor and POS stations orderly.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed and communicate service issues to management.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
