Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering hospitality-driven client experiences and supporting store operations. The role focuses on assisting Clients and the sales team with POS functions, gift-wrapping and engraving, maintaining hospitality areas, and helping with inventory and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to create memorable Tiffany-branded experiences.
• Support sales team with POS transactions, boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Operate or assist at engraving station and manage floor waiting list if applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, ensure they are stocked and communicate service issues to management.
• Assist operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory counts, and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and authorization to work in the United States.
