Seasonal Sales Support - Fashion Show

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent Tiffany & Co. and help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They welcome and assist clients, support sales and store operations, and uphold the brand's service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide assistance, and support personalized service and hospitality.
• Assist with engraving, manage the floor waiting list, and keep hospitality areas stocked and orderly.
• Support sales teams with boxing, wrapping, replenishment, point-of-sale tasks, and maintaining neat sales areas.
• Assist with operational procedures, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
