Summary

Seasonal Sales Support Team Members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and assisting with sales and store operations. This seasonal role focuses on hospitality, POS support, gift wrapping, engraving assistance, and helping the sales and operations teams to create memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance client experience through hospitality and store amenities to positively impact sales and service.
• Assist with engraving station where applicable and accurately lead floor waiting lists if needed.
• Maintain hospitality areas, replenish POS and gifting supplies, box and wrap items, and perform POS functions after purchase.
• Communicate service issues to management, support operational policies and after-sales servicing, and assist with inventory and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
