Seasonal Sales Support - Garden State Plaza

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support team member represents Tiffany & Co. and helps create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. This role supports client hospitality, sales-floor activities, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide attentive, brand-aligned service.
• Support hospitality amenities, manage the floor waiting list, and communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist with engraving, boxing and wrapping, and replenishing point-of-sale and gifting supplies.
• Keep hospitality areas, sales-floor spaces, and point-of-sale stations orderly and assist with store operations, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and client-service skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and authorization to work in the United States.
