Summary
Seasonal Sales Support delivers exceptional client service on the sales floor during the holiday season, acting as a brand ambassador and enhancing the luxury retail experience through hospitality, presentation, and operational assistance. This role supports sales and operations by assisting clients, maintaining merchandising and gifting areas, and helping with post-sale services and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients to create memorable, brand-consistent experiences.
- Provide hospitality services and maintain hospitality areas stocked and orderly.
- Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
- Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
- Perform POS functions after a client completes a purchase.
- Keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
- Communicate potential service issues to management and support after sales servicing.
- Assist operations team with policies procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
- Help with inventory tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays including non traditional business hours.
- Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced changing environment.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Authorization to work in the United States or country where position is based.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards.
