Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand and help create memorable client experiences during the holiday season. They support sales, hospitality, point-of-sale tasks, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, providing a personalized experience and store hospitality.
• Support engraving, manage waiting lists, and keep hospitality areas stocked and orderly.
• Assist with boxing and wrapping, replenish point-of-sale and gifting supplies, and maintain organized sales areas.
• Support operational procedures, after-sales service, inventory, and special projects.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, client service, or hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
