Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Store Support Specialist responsible for delivering an elevated shopping experience through client support, product expertise, transaction management, and operational assistance. You will coordinate with the store team to handle client inquiries, support CRM initiatives, and build lasting client relationships. The role also includes supporting merchandising, inventory replenishment, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process by providing exceptional hospitality and product knowledge.
• Support client advisors with operational and administrative tasks, including transaction processing.
• Build and maintain client relationships via email, hand-written notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
• Record and update client information in the CRM to support future sales opportunities.
• Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored messages.
• Assist in maintaining store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with management and the sales team to replenish, maintain, and organize merchandise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service orientation, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
