Summary
The Seasonal Sales Support partners with store teams to support the full client experience and daily operations, working both front of house and back of house to ensure product availability, visual standards, and smooth service delivery during peak season.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a personalized client experience.
- Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
- Maintain BOH organization and manage product go-backs.
- Perform operational tasks assigned by store management.
- Participate in team activities to meet store objectives and maintain brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
- Client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and dependable work ethic.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems with attention to detail.
- Flexible and able to perform additional duties as requested by management.
