Summary
Seasonal Sales Support responsible for assisting the store team in delivering a seamless and personalized client experience while supporting sales, operations, and visual merchandising. Acts as a brand ambassador both front of house and back of house and partners with Client Advisors and management to execute daily store needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support exceptional client experiences on the sales floor
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from BOH to FOH and process product care requests
- Assist Client Advisors as instructed by store management to achieve individual and team objectives
- Support visual merchandising standards by organizing and repositioning displays
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management
- Perform BOH organization and manage product assortment go-backs
- Participate in team activities and maintain a positive collaborative work environment
- Follow company policies and respect brand grooming and behavior standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Client oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented
- Problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
