Seasonal Sales Support in Manhasset providing client-focused assistance during the holiday season. Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients, delivering hospitality and personalized service consistent with the Tiffany brand.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchases.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas—keep stocked, orderly and clean—and communicate service issues to management.
• Support store operations and after-sales servicing; assist with inventory and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
