Summary

Seasonal Team Member delivering exceptional client experiences during the holiday season on Michigan Avenue. Acts as a brand ambassador by greeting clients, supporting sales and operations tasks, and maintaining hospitality standards to enhance service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand experiences.
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchases.
• Manage hospitality area stocking and cleanliness.
• Assist with engraving station and lead floor waiting list when applicable.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized.
• Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work nights weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States or country where position is based.
