Job Description

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support partners with store management, sales, operations, and visual merchandising to support the full client experience and store operations during peak season. This role assists front of house and back of house functions, retrieves product, helps execute visual standards, and supports inventory and operational tasks to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and support Client Advisors to deliver exceptional client service
  • Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor
  • Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed
  • Assist in maintaining and repositioning visual merchandising displays
  • Support inventory preparation and execution as requested by management
  • Organize back of house and process product go-backs
  • Participate in team activities and contribute to store objectives
  • Maintain professional grooming and adhere to brand standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
  • Client oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
  • Dependable punctual and flexible with a team oriented mindset
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
