Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the full client experience both front of house and back of house. This role acts as a brand ambassador delivering personalized service, executing product care tasks, and maintaining visual and operational standards during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support an elevated client experience to help achieve individual and team objectives.
- Assist Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product requests from BOH to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Support visual merchandising by organizing and repositioning displays and maintaining FOH and BOH presentation.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Perform BOH organization and product assortment go-backs and other operational tasks.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and maintain a collaborative environment.
- Adhere to brand grooming standards and company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles is acceptable.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
