Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager/Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the full client experience. This role assists both front of house and back of house operations, embodies brand standards, and serves as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an elevated personalized client experience
• Support Client Advisors with sales floor activities and client engagement
• Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor
• Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed
• Assist with visual merchandising, organizing and repositioning displays
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as directed
• Support BOH organization and product go-backs
• Participate in team activities and maintain a collaborative work environment
• Follow company policies and maintain professional presentation and grooming

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
• Client oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred
