Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering warm, memorable client experiences and supporting store operations. This role assists the sales team with client interactions, point-of-sale tasks, packaging, and operational projects to ensure smooth store performance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable, brand-appropriate experiences.
• Support the sales team with POS functions, replenishing supplies, and maintaining neat sales floor areas.
• Assist with engraving station and lead the floor waiting list when applicable.
• Prepare items for gifting including boxing and wrapping and maintain hospitality area stock and cleanliness.
• Communicate service issues to management and assist operations with policies, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail or client-facing experience (for example hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and authorization to work in Canada.
