Summary

Seasonal Sales Support is a back-of-house operations role that enables the retail sales team to deliver exceptional client service. The position focuses on order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, merchandise handling, and operational tasks that support store sales and profitability. This seasonal role collaborates with sales associates, management, and corporate partners to maintain operational excellence and elevate the in-store client experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, transfers, and merchandise handling.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory using reports and systems; report discrepancies to management.
• Clean and care for jewelry, accept items for repair, and coordinate repair and shipping processes.
• Support sales professionals with client follow-up, phone and email correspondence, and capturing client data.
• Maintain store operational standards, complete daily tasks, and provide feedback to improve processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; flexibility to perform varied tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and GIA coursework or graduate gemologist training.
