Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Sales Support partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the client experience and store operations. This role assists both front of house and back of house functions to ensure product availability, presentation, and a personalized customer experience during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support Client Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks including organizing and repositioning displays
- Support inventory preparation and related tasks as requested by management
- Maintain back of house organization and process product go-backs
- Perform operational tasks to support store objectives and daily functions
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Follow company policies and respect brand standards for presentation and behavior
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Client oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and flexibility to perform additional duties as required
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred
