Seasonal Sales Support - Old Orchard

Summary

The Operations Professional is a back-of-house role supporting store sales, service, and operational excellence at the Old Orchard Tiffany location. This seasonal Sales Support position executes order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and handles repairs and merchandise transfers to help the store meet sales goals. The role partners with Sales Professionals and management to ensure accurate client communications and maintain Tiffany standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
• Monitor, reconcile and report inventory discrepancies using company reports and systems.
• Clean and prepare jewelry, accept and process repairs, and ensure proper handling of merchandise.
• Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence and support client requests.
• Capture client data and partner with Sales Professionals to optimize sales opportunities and service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized, flexible and able to perform varied tasks based on business needs.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree or GIA coursework/graduate gemologist.
