Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Team Member providing luxury retail support during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service, assisting sales and operations, and representing the brand in every client interaction. Role focuses on hospitality, assisting sales team tasks, and supporting store operations and special projects to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury experiences.
  • Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and completing POS transactions.
  • Maintain hospitality area and ensure it is stocked orderly and clean.
  • Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management.
  • Assist with engraving station and after sales servicing where applicable.
  • Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor organized.
  • Support inventory tasks and operational special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or luxury retail or client related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
