Seasonal Sales Support - Portland

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering attentive client service and hospitality. This role supports sales and operations by assisting with client interactions, POS tasks, gifting and presentation, and store readiness. Seasonal team members help create memorable client experiences while ensuring efficient store operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients, ensuring a memorable and on-brand experience.
• Provide hospitality services and maintain hospitality areas stocked, orderly, and clean.
• Assist with engraving station, boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
• Manage floor waiting lists and communicate service issues to management.
• Perform POS functions after purchases and support operational policies and after-sales servicing.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
