Seasonal Sales Support - Rideau Centre

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering warm, personalized client experiences and hospitality. This role supports the sales team and store operations by assisting with POS transactions, gifting, and client services. Team members help maintain store presentation and assist with special projects to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients to create memorable, brand-aligned experiences.
• Support sales associates with POS functions, boxing and wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with engraving station, manage floor waiting lists, and maintain hospitality areas.
• Keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized and communicate service issues to management.
• Assist operations team with inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in Canada.
