Seasonal Sales Support - Ross Park

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and creating memorable experiences. This role supports sales and operations through hospitality, point-of-sale assistance, and presentation of merchandise. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays and a commitment to upholding luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients, ensuring a warm, personalized experience consistent with the brand.
• Support the sales team with POS transactions, boxing, wrapping and replenishing supplies.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas and POS stations, communicate potential service issues to management.
• Help with inventory tasks, special projects and general store operations as needed.

Requirements

• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
