Seasonal Sales Support - Short Hills

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support team member represents Tiffany & Co. and helps deliver memorable client experiences during the holiday season. This role supports the sales team and store operations through hospitality, point-of-sale assistance, and maintaining an orderly sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, provide hospitality, and help create personalized experiences.
• Assist with engraving, manage the floor waiting list, and communicate potential service issues to management.
• Support sales associates with boxing, wrapping, point-of-sale functions, and replenishing supplies.
• Keep hospitality areas, point-of-sale stations, and sales floor areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with store operations, after-sales servicing, inventory, and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with a diverse client base, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
