Seasonal Sales Support - Somerset Collection

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members provide exceptional client service during the holiday season, acting as positive brand ambassadors. You will assist clients on the sales floor, support point-of-sale and gifting functions, and help maintain store hospitality to create memorable client experiences. The role also supports operational needs including engraving, inventory tasks, and special projects to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to deliver a memorable, brand-aligned experience.
• Support hospitality and store amenities to enhance the Client experience.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Stock and maintain hospitality areas and POS/gifting supplies; perform POS functions after purchase.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and keeping sales floor areas organized.
• Assist operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
