Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable service and hospitality.
• Support boxing, wrapping, personalization sales, and replenishment of point-of-sale and gifting supplies.
• Keep point-of-sale stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, and perform point-of-sale functions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals, and assist with inventory and special projects.
• Conduct one-on-one selling ceremonies when required and approved by management.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
