Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team member representing the luxury brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting sales floor operations, and assisting with gifting and service tasks. Role focuses on hospitality, client communication, and operational support to enhance sales and service during peak periods.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand experiences.
  • Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and POS functions after purchases.
  • Maintain hospitality area and ensure it is stocked orderly and clean.
  • Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable.
  • Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor areas organized.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management regarding waiting clients.
  • Support operations team with policies, procedures, and after sales servicing.
  • Assist with inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Available to work non traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail or luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where position is based.
