Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, delivering warm, personalized client experiences and supporting store sales and operations. This role focuses on hospitality, client service, and assisting the sales team to ensure smooth transactional and post-sale processes. Team Members help maintain a premium store environment while executing gifting and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable, brand-appropriate experiences.
• Provide hospitality services and maintain stocked, orderly hospitality areas.
• Assist with engraving station, manage floor waiting lists, and communicate service issues to management.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions.
• Assist operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related (e.g., hospitality) experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
