Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor during the holiday season, creating personalized experiences that support both sales and after-sales service. The role supports sales and operations by assisting with POS transactions, gifting and presentation, and helping maintain a hospitable, organized store environment. This is a temporary, in-store position requiring flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist Clients to create a memorable luxury retail experience.
• Support sales associates with boxing, wrapping and POS functions after purchases are finalized.
• Assist with engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, ensure amenities and gifting supplies are stocked and orderly.
• Communicate service issues to management and assist with after-sales servicing and operational procedures.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed to keep store operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing retail environment with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
