Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Members deliver exceptional client experiences during the holiday season by acting as brand ambassadors on the sales floor. This customer-facing role supports sales and service through hospitality, point-of-sale assistance, and operational tasks. Team Members must be adaptable, communicative, and able to work non-traditional retail hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to create memorable, brand-aligned experiences.
• Enhance Client experience with hospitality and store amenities and maintain hospitality areas.
• Assist with engraving stations and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Box, wrap, and replenish POS and gifting supplies; keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
• Perform POS functions after client purchase decisions and communicate service issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
