Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support will represent the brand during the holiday season, delivering warm hospitality and memorable client experiences while supporting sales and store operations. This role assists clients, supports gift presentation and POS tasks, helps maintain store readiness, and supports inventory and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create a memorable luxury experience
• Support engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
• Stock and maintain hospitality area and POS stations
• Box, wrap, and prepare purchases for clients
• Perform POS functions after purchase decisions are finalized
• Communicate service or waiting client issues to management
• Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury or client service experience such as hospitality
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based
