Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Member supporting the sales floor during the holiday period, delivering exceptional client experiences that reflect the brand. Provide hospitality and assist the sales team with point-of-sale transactions, wrapping, and after-sales servicing. Support operational tasks including engraving assistance, inventory work, and special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist clients to create memorable, brand-appropriate experiences.
• Perform POS functions, box and wrap purchases, replenish POS and gifting supplies, and keep sales areas organized.
• Assist engraving station, manage floor waiting lists, and maintain hospitality areas.
• Communicate service or waiting-client issues to management and support operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory, special projects, and other store operational tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
