Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Team Member representing a luxury jeweler during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and creating memorable experiences. Role focuses on hospitality, assisting sales and operations, and supporting gift services and engraving where applicable. Position requires flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and serve as a brand ambassador providing personalized experiences
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchases
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
• Maintain hospitality area stocked orderly and clean
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor areas organized
• Communicate potential service issues to management
• Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
• Help with inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury retail or client facing hospitality experience
• Ability to work non traditional business hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize balance multiple tasks and work in a fast paced changing environment
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States or the country where role is based
