Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support Team Members represent the Tiffany brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and assisting with point-of-sale and store operations. This temporary role focuses on creating personalized, hospitable experiences to support sales and service and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients, ensuring a memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand.
• Support the sales team with POS functions, boxing, wrapping, and replenishing gifting supplies.
• Manage engraving station duties and lead floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, stock POS stations, assist with inventory, and support operational procedures and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
