Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences through hospitality, sales support, and operations assistance. Team members assist with engraving, waiting lists, hospitality areas, POS functions, boxing and wrapping, inventory tasks, and other store needs to support optimal store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and serve as a positive brand ambassador
  • Provide hospitality and personalized experiences to enhance sales and service
  • Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable
  • Maintain hospitality areas stocked orderly and clean
  • Support sales team with boxing wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
  • Perform POS functions following client purchase
  • Assist operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
  • Help with inventory and special store projects as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
  • Previous retail luxury retail or client service experience such as hospitality
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base
  • Authorization to work in the United States
