Summary

The Operations Professional (Seasonal Sales Support) provides back-of-house operational and client service support in a Tiffany retail store, helping drive sales and ensure exceptional client experiences. This seasonal role manages order fulfillment, inventory, shipping and receiving, and supports sales professionals with client communications and service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
• Clean and care for jewelry and take in items for repair and servicing.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
• Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence and follow up on client requests.
• Capture client data during interactions to support sales and client cultivation efforts.
• Support sales professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities and execute operational policies.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized, detail oriented and flexible to perform varied tasks.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree and Graduate Gemologist or GIA coursework.
