Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Team Members represent the brand during the holiday season by providing welcoming, hospitable service and supporting store operations to create memorable client experiences. This role supports sales and operations through client assistance, hospitality management, and after sales tasks to help the store run smoothly during peak periods.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients to deliver a memorable brand experience.
  • Support hospitality areas by stocking and maintaining cleanliness and order.
  • Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list when applicable.
  • Help the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
  • Perform POS functions after a client completes a purchase.
  • Communicate potential service issues to management.
  • Assist operations team with policies, procedures, and after sales servicing.
  • Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail, luxury retail, or client service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
