Job Description

Summary

Seasonal Team Members embody the brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client experiences through hospitality, communication, and support of sales and store operations. The role focuses on enhancing client service, assisting sales teams, and supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning during high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients to create memorable brand-aligned experiences
  • Improve client experience through hospitality and store amenities
  • Assist with engraving station and lead floor waiting list when applicable
  • Maintain hospitality area stocked orderly and clean
  • Communicate potential service issues to management
  • Help with boxing wrapping and replenishing POS and gifting supplies
  • Perform POS functions after client purchase decisions are finalized
  • Support operations team with policies procedures and after sales servicing
  • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to work nights weekends and holidays including non traditional business hours
  • Previous retail luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base
  • Authorization to work in the United States
