Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the Tiffany brand during the holiday season by delivering exceptional client service and memorable in-store experiences. This seasonal role supports the sales floor through hospitality, client assistance, and operational tasks to help drive sales and service. The position requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, acting as a positive brand ambassador on the sales floor.
• Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting lists where applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas, POS stations, and sales floor organization; assist with boxing, wrapping, and POS functions.
• Communicate service issues to management and support after-sales servicing and operational procedures.
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (such as hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and client service focus.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
