Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team members represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering high-touch client service and elevating the in-store experience. This role supports sales and operations by assisting clients, merchandising, and handling point-of-sale and gifting tasks to help drive sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients on the sales floor, delivering personalized and hospitable service.
• Support sales associates with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchase.
• Assist with engraving station, manage floor waiting lists, and maintain hospitality areas.
• Support operations and inventory tasks, including special projects to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays during the seasonal period.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication, client service skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and authorization to work in the United States.
